This week we had to read poetry and poems that were each unique in their own ways. One poem that stood out to me was "Lonely Hearts" by Wendy Cope. The reason I liked it was because it contained imagery in which helped me understand the poem in its complete context. One thing I didn't like was that it was difficult to understand who was telling the poem. Other than that it was a great poem with a great use of words that help out support its theme. I would recommend this poem to someone who needs a little pushing towards love and it might just create something.

  1. Lonely hearts was also a poem I really liked also because of the facts that it had to do with love and it also shows alot of imagery which made me understand the poem a little more also and I also got confused with if it was a girl or guy telling the poem. But overall it is a good poem for someone who is also a Lonely heart.
